Youth Formation Club Loses To Gaddafi FC

Gaddafi FC

On Saturday, the 23rd of June 2012, there was a football match between Youth Formation Club and Gaddafi F.C at the Teshie Military Academy barracks park with the latter as the host and the match kicked off at exactly 3: 30pm.

The early exchanges were tough but it was the home team who dominated most of it and it paid off as they deservedly took the lead in the 36th minute through Samuel. In spite of the immense pressure put on Youth Formation Club, they held on nerves and at the half time, the scoreline remained in favor of Gaddafi F.C.

As the second half got underway, Youth Formation Club made two changes which immediately had an impact as they got the equalizer through Isaac Eklah.

However, this goal rather seemed to have galvanized the home team who regained their lead through a fine strike by Amandi. At this stage, Youth Formation Club seemed to have lost their momentum as Gaddafi F.C added four more goals in the 68th, 74th, 80th and 86th minutes respectively through Andrews, Samuel, Junior and Isaac to add more harm to Youth Formation Club.

Finally, the referee brought the game to an end at the 93rd minute as Youth Formation Club was outfought, out played, out classed and well beaten by a very good Gaddafi F.C side.
